To create your custom built home to our high standards, we have clearly defined 9 stages of our end-to-end process. They include first meeting, site visit, concept design, documentation, the selections, construction, completion and handover. We can guide or lead you every step of the way or you may opt to be delighted with a 'turnkey' package.

Custom Designing
Stage 1
First Meeting
It’s time to share your visions and your dreams with us. We want to hear all of your ideas and thoughts for your custom built home. Please bring along any reference points to our first meeting - scrapbook cut-outs, photos, Pinterest boards or even rough plans. We want to come with you on this journey and make your dream home possible.
Site Visit
The collaboration process starts here. Together we will view your block and start the creative process. We’ll look at how we can best maximise the space and take advantage of the views, orientation or any potential constraints. We’ll discuss your aspirations, taking into account your budget. By now we will start to get a feel for the lifestyle you and your family want from your new home.
Stage 2

Concept Design
This is one of the really exciting parts of the journey where we take your ideas and bring them to life. Our talented team of designers will create floor plans, elevations and roof plans. We will also deliver an initial budget estimate. It’s important to us that our designs meet your expectations and that we’re all excited about our shared vision.
Documentation
We are now ready to look after all your paperwork, from contract drawings through to building approvals. We’ll sit down together and go through the building contract so that you are across everything involved and then we’ll manage the rest. We’ll liaise with all the external consultants, such as surveyors and engineers. It’s also our job to ensure the design is compliant with the residential design code and the current Brisbane City Plan.

The Selections
Your home should tell the story of who you are and truly feel like ‘home’ to you. The selections stage is all about these finishing touches and truly customising your space. We’ll set you up with an appointment with our interior designer who will work closely with you to craft these details.
Custom Building
Construction
Now the magic begins when our ideas become reality. Once your site is prepped and ready to go, we start the exciting stage of building your new bespoke home. We’ll meet with you regularly at every milestone of the build so you are kept up to date at all times and we arrive on time and on budget.

Practical Completion
Your brand new custom built home is now complete. It’s time for your final inspection to make sure everything is just how you imagined it would be. By this stage you will be bursting to move into your incredible, unique home, built just for you.
Handover
It’s time to get the keys to your brand new dream home. We will provide you with a handover pack that contains user manuals, spare plans and important contact numbers.

Client Communication
We’re always available to ensure your happiness with your new luxury, bespoke home. We check in with you intermittently, and encourage you to do the same. Our client care, combined with our high quality custom designs, building and finishes is why we’re highly sought-after and have repeat clients.
Turnkey option
The turnkey option is a great choice if you’d like us to take care of more of the details on your behalf. You can trust in our decades of local experience and attention to detail.
After discussing your requirements we can manage your landscaping design and construct, including fences and swimming pool. We can also install technology such as solar panels, home automation and audio visual equipment.
We can manage your soft furnishings too. We’ll select and install window coverings and hang your paintings and mirrors. We can also take care of your town planning approvals and connect services such as pay TV, telephone, gas and electricity.
Going overseas during construction? No worries. We can make arrangements on your behalf.
Apartments and Townhouses
We offer a comprehensive design and construction service, including assistance with acquisition, due diligence, planning approvals and project management of external consultants, to bring your apartment or townhouse development to life.
It’s up to you what level of involvement you'd like us to have. That’s one of the key point of differences with Tabrizi Home Builders. Our experience and long standing relationships mean we can manage the entire process based on your requirements, or, collaborate closely with you.
Very caring team and exceptional detail in their work. Kevin and the Tabrizi team undertook a larger project to design and construct a multi generational home for our family (including grandparents). From the initial discussion with Kevin, he got it. The Tabrizi team designed a beautiful home to budget (something we could not get an Architectural firm to understand), their onsite team were truly skilled professionals. All trades were super respectful to the old parts of the home and the finished result is stunning.
