Lavish Living – Perfect for every family
There's always something special about staying in a luxury hotel. But without having to travel too far, you can now have the same feeling here, at 2 Mandalay Street, Fig Tree Pocket.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is a new build, designed by Tabrizi Home Builders. Builder Kevin Tabrizi said the property was definitely designed with a family in mind. “It would really suit a large number of different family structures,” Mr Tabrizi said. “You could have a family with younger kids living here – the space would suit them. But the home is multi-purpose enough that a family with older children would suit it too.”

He said a company trademark was to bring the experience of staying in opulent hotels to the home. Mr Tabrizi said with three key living areas, there was plenty of room to spread out. He said a key feature of the home was the ground floor guest bedroom, which opened up to a courtyard. “These days we find people in the area tend to have elderly parents that come stay with them for extended periods of time, or even interstate guests, so this really suits them” Mr Tabrizi said. “There’s mutual privacy of the family living in the house and the guests”.

The house has a floating staircase, a 12.5m x 3.7m swimming pool by the property’s edge, an outdoor kitchen with a built in barbecue, and a home office or library. Mr Tabrizi said, internally, the volume of vertical space was a standout. “There’s just so much space” he said. He said the kitchen was the focal point of the home, into which they had put a lot of thought.
