The large block with river-views has been excavated, pool and spa dug, and incredible olive trees planted. The pool pavilion curves are now on full display, and the elliptical column is a stand out. The basketball court has also been poured, and custom concrete seats have been craned in and placed on the beautiful block.
We’re thrilled with how the pavilion rooftop garden presents, and now how the board form staircase spine commands attention.
The main residence’s three levels have been poured and the board form ceilings and soft curves set an alluring standard.
Roof trusses will be lifted on shortly, and this week Vitrocsa are onsite measuring door framing.
